Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent buying experience. Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds for delivered orders are processed only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Refunds are made through the same payment method within 7–10 working days after approval
  • Delivery and service charges are non-refundable once the order has been delivered.
